Responsibilities:
This successful candidate will be able to multi-task as they will be overseeing advertising collateral installations at multiple locations simultaneously; directing field installation teams across several states. Looking for reliable self-starters who can work independently to meet hard deadlines and are comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Hire Independent Contractors for field marketing installations
- Perform Independent Contractor orientations and training to prepare team members to fulfill all contractual obligations in assigned regions
- Locate and contract with local businesses for hyper-local advertising installations
- Maintain relationships with contracted businesses
- Work closely with national operations team to complete project
- Responsible for preparing and distributing all necessary materials for Field Installation Team
- Oversee installation process
- Complete campaign paperwork including financial information and contracts with the local businesses
- Gather and send photos of completed installations for clients
Required:
- Highly organized
- Some regional travel
- Strong knowledge of region
- Must live in the assigned area
- Access to a computer/Internet and smart phone
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Capability takeoff taking high quality clean, clear photos (training provided)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to complete tasks through to completion
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Qualifications/Experience:
- Have project management or other managerial experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating project schedule based on client needs
- Must be able to coach and train staff on a regular basis
- Dependable, committed, energetic and up-beat
- Sales, ad sales, cold calling experience
- Problem solver willing to go the extra mile. Team player
- Must be organized, detail oriented
- Computer skills including – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and picture sending
- College Preferred
