Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruiting activities for the field marketing team
- Post brand ambassador and field marketing associate jobs on appropriate job sites
- Oversee use of social marketing job boards such as Facebook and LinkedIn to find candidates
- Keep the company’s LinkedIn and other social media channels up-to-date
- Coordinate posting of jobs to maximize effectiveness and to meet hiring needs deadlines
- Use sponsored search as necessary to ensure delivery of a qualified pool of applicants
- Prescreen applicants according to set parameters
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews between candidate and the appropriate Field Marketing Manager.
- Maintain data base of Brand Ambassadors
Requirements:
- Strong social media skills
- Experience in administration (calendaring; office programs)
- Strong organizational skills
- A multi-tasker who is able to handle a fast paced and often last-minute environment in order to meet client deadlines
