Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting activities for the field marketing team
  • Post brand ambassador and field marketing associate jobs on appropriate job sites
  • Oversee use of social marketing job boards such as Facebook and LinkedIn to find candidates
  • Keep the company’s LinkedIn and other social media channels up-to-date
  • Coordinate posting of jobs to maximize effectiveness and to meet hiring needs deadlines
  • Use sponsored search as necessary to ensure delivery of a qualified pool of applicants
  • Prescreen applicants according to set parameters
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews between candidate and the appropriate Field Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain data base of Brand Ambassadors

Requirements:

  • Strong social media skills
  • Experience in administration (calendaring; office programs)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A multi-tasker who is able to handle a fast paced and often last-minute environment in order to meet client deadlines
